Travis graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management in 2004. After graduation he went to work for Pulte Homes, the nation's second largest home builder. He worked for Pulte in South Florida as a final phase supervisor. There he learned how to work on a high speed and efficient production schedule - closing two homes a day.

Following his time with Pulte Homes he decided to return to Utah and joined Hamlet Homes as a Home Building Supervisor. Travis oversaw the construction of hundreds of single-family and multifamily homes in the Salt Lake City area.

In 2009, the entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and Travis co-founded his own company, South Point Builders. South Point specialized in custom homes in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Salt Lake and Utah Valleys. With the overwhelming success of South Point Builders, the company was sold in order for Travis and his family to return to Idaho, where he was raised. With so much outdoor life and beauty, Southeast Idaho has it all! This move led to the creation of Snake River Homes, now serving Southeast Idaho.
